MONDAY NIGHT SOCCER TENNIS

Program Description: CKS Soccer Tennis is essentially playing tennis, but instead of rackets & tennis balls, you're using a soccer ball and your feet/head (any part of your body except your arms/hands). The "court" has two sides & is separated by a net & can be played on a hard surface or grass. The matches can be played 3v3, 4v4 or 5v5. The benefit of Soccer Tennis is to develop touch, control & confidence with the ball in the air. The game encourages every player to work on such things as foot-eye coordination (juggling), body shape, movement/footwork, communication, & teamwork, just to name a few. Ball-striking is also a main emphasis of Soccer Tennis, so players are able to develop their shot-shaping techniques. It is a fun, relaxed, yet competitive environment for any age group that's a wonderful supplement to the regular soccer game.

When: Sessions will be 11/4-11/25 on Mondays
Where: The Landings at San Marco.
**Location subject to change**
Times: 5:30-6:30pm = U9-U12
Times: 6:45-7:45pm = U13-U17
Cost: $70 per player

Winter of Ball Mastery

Program Description: The "Winter of Ball Mastery" Series will build on the Summer Mastery Series and is designed to provide players the foundation to gain more comfort & confidence when taking on defenders one-v-one. This is built through technical repetition, proper timing, & effective outcomes of the techniques (the "moves") that will be covered. The training will also provide opportunities for players to learn & find success because of how the sessions are structured. Players will receive a post-session email detailing the general learning outcomes of the session so they are able to continue training on their own.

When: Sessions will be Monday - Thursday 12/9-12/12
(Make up days 12/16 & 12/17)
Where: Brookview Elementary Park.
Times:U9-U12 = Monday and Wednesday from 6-7:30pm
