In my early days of playing sports, one of the main memories I had growing up was playing on teams with my friends and having my Father coach my team. This is a huge highlight for me as it embraced all the fundamentals of being a part of a team but also helped build character as I got older. I have always wanted to inspire someone to do the best they can and be a mentor for many young student athletes. After 10 years of coaching I am proud to say that impacting the lives of young boys and girls has been a rewarding career for me. Watching each player grow confident every year has helped me to better understand and teach at a level that kids and teenagers can easily relate to and guide them in the right direction. I have coached between the ages of 2 years old to 19 year old players. Everything we do here at Coastal Coaches is in the best interest for the players in developing their skills and building character through soccer. I truly believe that having the right coaches and structure in teaching the kids is the most effective way they can learn the game. Each year our Competitive program (travel teams) grows stronger because of our method in coaching. A player can only be as confident in their ability as the person teaching them and we make sure to give all of the necessary tools to be the best versions of themselves. We strive to have competitive players as long as they are having fun and making memories with their teammates. What's the point in playing a sport you can't enjoy when you're not having fun. Lastly, one thing about Coastal Kicks that has done better than any other place I have coached at is that we take care of one another. This has been an amazing experience being a part of this Coastal Kicks Family and I can't wait to see us grow with you. Thank you to all who support us and believe in everything we do.

I have been playing soccer since I was four years old.  I started off in a recreational program at the YMCA in Indianapolis, where my dad was my coach.  I played a lot of sports growing up, but when I got into middle school, I really started focusing on soccer.  I played on the Perry Meridian Middle School team 6th-8th grade and joined the South Central Soccer Academy.  Once I got into high school, I worked really hard and started varsity all four years at Perry Meridian High School as a left midfielder and also played for a competitive team at St. Francis Soccer Club.  My high school team won Sectionals all 4 years I was on the team, and my Sophomore year, we won Regionals and made it to Semi-State.  My Senior year of high school, I received the All-County, All-Conference, Academic All-State, and the 3rd Team All-State awards.  Then, after my senior year, I signed to Campbellsville University which is a small NAIA school in Kentucky.  A reoccurring knee injury resulted in me redshirting my Freshman year.  Then, going into my Sophomore year, I ended up needing surgery.  I then decided to step away from soccer for a little while, but luckily when I moved to Jacksonville I was reintroduced in a new way, coaching and then, 2 years after moving here, I was introduced to Jay and Michael.  I have been with Coastal Kicks for 6 seasons now.
